How Long Does The Spices Last?

Nothing lasts forever, but spices have very long shelf lives. Best to keep them out of direct light, in a cool place and away from moisture. Some spices gradually lose their color; chilli power and paprika will pale over time. But, the flavors do lasts a very long time. Sometimes there is natural clumping due to natural moisture in the spices. Just give a mix and they're good as new.

Store your spices in a tightly capped container and avoid heat, moisture and direct sunlight.
